I had a great experience with Alex from ExactTemp. He showed up on time, was very professional, and thoroughly checked my A/C unit. What I appreciated most was how clearly he explained what was wrong and walked me through how he would fix it. He repaired my A/C over a month ago, and it’s been working perfectly ever since. Upon a neighbor’s recommendation, I called Alex at ExacTemp HVAC Inc to resolve my problem with my A/C not turning on. After some systematic troubleshooting, he found the problem and replaced a faulty contactor. Dealing with Alex was a pleasant experience. His work ethics made me confidant that he knew his stuff and that he was concerned about me and my A/C issues. I will call Alex for future maintenance or repairs and will recommend him to others.

Texted Alex at 9:30 am, he was onsite by 11 and my house was cooling down by 12. Knowlegeble guy, very easy to work with. Answered any questions, and let me know what maintainence I should be performing. Will call him again when the need arises.

Alex is a miracle worker! The company that installed my a/c unit followed by two other companies could not figure out how to get the heat pump to work. Alex came out and spent 3 hours patiently troubleshooting, determined not to leave until it was fixed, which he did! He’s reliable, honest and very fair. You can’t go wrong with Alex!!
